Refund policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered (not the order date) to request a return. Because shipping times can vary, your window always starts when the package actually arrives, not when you placed the order.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them
In their original packaging, with all accessories, cables, manuals, and tags included
Free from signs of installation, wear, or damage caused after delivery

Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@vortech.ch with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / no longer wanted: the customer covers return shipping costs.
Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: VorTech covers return shipping, and you'll receive a full refund or free replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card, TWINT, etc.) within 5–10 business days. We do not offer store credit — refunds go back the way you paid.

Gift cards
Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, standard return terms apply once it arrives.
