Return Window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered (starting from delivery of the last item on your order) to notify us of your intention to return. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Because shipping times can vary, your window always starts when the package actually arrives, not when you placed the order.
Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging, with all accessories, cables, manuals, and tags included
- Free from signs of installation, wear, or damage caused after delivery
Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How to Start a Return You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your account at https://shopify.com/94503403856/account. Select your order and follow the steps. You can also email contact@vortech.ch with your order number and reason for the return — we'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / no longer wanted: the customer covers return shipping costs.
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: VorTech covers return shipping, and you'll receive a full refund or free replacement.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds — including the original standard shipping cost you paid — are issued to your original payment method (card, TWINT, etc.) within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. We do not offer store credit — refunds go back the way you paid.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, use your account at https://shopify.com/94503403856/account or email contact@vortech.ch as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, standard return terms apply once it arrives.
